How to send your transcripts

Upon successful completion of any CROSU course you will earn a grade that is recorded onto your OSU transcript. You can then transfer this credit. The way you do this is you ask the OSU Registrar send a copy of your OSU transcript to the school of your choice.

The OSU Registrar handles all of this.

The OSU Registrar's office handles all transcript issues, as they are the only ones with official status/backing to do so. Since you're an OSU student (via CROSU), you should be able to contact them, tell them your situation, and they should be able to take it from there. Schools work with each other all the time on transfer issues. They will be ready with the standard procedures they follow.

The phone number for the Registrar's Office is (614) 292-8500.

Their web page is at http://www.ureg.ohio-state.edu/

Note: The OSU Academy gets you enrolled into courses, CROSU conducts the courses and issues a grade to the OSU Registrar, and the OSU Registrar holds the grades and administers all official contact with the grade after that.
