Administrator Expectations

In addition to providing the structure behind CROSU, these folks are the main troubleshooters for CROSU. They cannot solve problems they do not know about, so they expectate that all people in CROSU are communicating well.

They will write you back quickly and conscientiously and follow up on unresolved issues. Do not be afraid to approach them, and do not be afraid to remind them about something if you feel they need it.

CROSU Director is Lee Wayand.

He is in charge. If you have a problem, this is the top of the ladder. He helps mentors with homework. grades quizzes and midterms quickly, gives you good feedback while doing so, and generally bothers you during class to see what you are doing. Friction, frustration, communication, learning..he is an expert. If he cannot address an issue, then it cannot be addressed.

Mentor Coordinator is Mike Knott.

The mentor coordinator is expected to be the first step for people having issues. The mentor coordinator is also expected to bring larger problems to Lee in an anonymous-third party way. This person is expected to handle almost all behind the scenes scheduling and administrating of mentor duties and meetings.

Tech Coordinator is Cory Gledhill

The tech coordinator is expected to let us all know when large global technology changes are coming. The tech coordinator also keeps the tech side of CROSU running smoothly, from the main server to the machines in Cockins 144 to individual accounts. The tech coordinator is not responsible for the high school computers, but might have ideas. Ask. When tech problems come (and they do come), this person is expected to jump right in (with help when possible) and figure them out.
