CROSU Mentor Application
If you are an Ohio-State student with Calculus&Mathematica experience,
you can apply to be a CROSU mentor. You do not need to be a math major to apply.
We are looking for people who are patient, good at working with others, responsible,
and motivated. Your duties will include the following:
- Grading homework assignments
- Keeping track of your students performance
and keeping the directors informed
- Occasionally working the CROSU hotline as your schedule permits
- E-mailing your students daily.
All CROSU mentors are provided with the necessary computer software needed. In addition,
you will be provided with an e-mail and web account for use with the program. You will also
receive training on teaching issues and the technology we use. If you think you can handle
the above responsibilites, fill out the form below. You will be sent some more information
and contacted by a C&M representative.
